The staff is smiling and helpful. From reception (including Vallet) to housekeeping, to pool guys, to security officers at the entrance and exit, they are all great and make a very good job!! The pool is spotless and it is a great place to chill out, the pool staff are maintening the pool AT a very high standard. Room is cleaned everyday, by an honest staff who will not steal the money you didnt put in the safebox. Location is perfect, close to everything. I didnt try the restaurant or breakfast. 10 out of 10 for this hôtel, I highly recommend it and I will be back.

If I only had to rate the room and the inside of the hotel, I would give it 10 stars. I was upgraded to a superior room (9040) which was huge and had seaview and a patio with sunbeds. The interior is modern and everything was great. I even loved the calming music, carpets, atmosphere in the hall ways. The reception is modern and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was good, too. The location is very central and one can walk everywhere easily. If you travel with kids who like water slides, they will love both pools.
